Public/Private Partnerships

Public/Private Partnerships

Public-private partnerships between a government agency and private-sector company can be used to finance, build and operate projects, such as hospitals, parks and libraries. Financing a project through a public-private partnership can allow a project to be completed sooner or make it a possibility in the first place.

When government and philanthropy come together great things happen. Libraries, healthcare facilities, fair grounds to name a few. We, at The Hodge Group are the leaders in understanding all aspects of public/private partnerships and the tools they employ. From bonds to levies we get it! The firm's Senior Counsel have worked at the Directors level at multiple levels of government. This simply put is an unsurpassed resource that we bring to your organization.

The Hodge Group is so happy to be a part of the 2021 revitalization efforts for downtown Lima. We pride ourselves on facilitating public-private philanthropy, and Rhodes State College is a great example of those synergies.

“I really feel right now, in downtown Lima is the best synergy, the most exciting time in my lifetime that I’ve seen in downtown Lima. I think it’s a great example right now, of a collaboration in public and private sectors working together,” Good Food Restaurants President John Heaphy said.
