The primary goal of a development audit is to evaluate an institution’s preparation for and commitment to a comprehensive philanthropic program. Working in conjunction with your staff and board, THG analyzes your organization’s ability to carry out fundraising initiatives, examines your past fundraising efforts, reviews your organizational structure with emphasis on development functions, and conducts an attitudinal survey among selected community and volunteer leaders. Following the study, THG will make specific recommendations to improve the effectiveness of your organization’s development program. We passionately believe the annual fund is the key to long-term success and sustaining and growing it during this period.
